Here's how we help you become a Homeowner in Texas in 2 easy steps:
STEP 1 -- Preparation For Home Ownership
You will work with our Credit Experts to FIGHT all Negatives on your Credit to prepare for Home Ownership.
No longer will you have to worry about being denied for a home loan! Your assigned Credit Expert will work until your Credit is in Mortgage Loan Approval Status!
Your Credit Expert will also work with you to figure out your finances, so you'll know exactly what to save for your future down payment. Clean up your Debt-to-Income, etc. so you can be 100% Approved for your Home loan.
(Timeframe: 4-11 months process depending on credit profile difficulty)
STEP 2 - Buy your Dream Home.
Once your Credit is Ready to Buy Your Dream Home, you will work with our partner Mortgage Loan Officers and Realtors to Buy or Build Your Dream Home!
They will walk with you hand-in-hand through the entire steps of approval of mortgage loan, finding a home that fits your budget in the best neighborhood for your family, submitting an offer and closing on your dream home!
